Dear Sean, Having now completed our move from Chingford to Wiltshire I am writing to thank you for all the help and attention you paid to us during a difficult time. As you were aware Rita and I were saddened to face the need to give up our property which we had happily occupied for the last 48 years. However, we had to recognise the need to move from the large property at our advanced years. Your personal involvement made the sale and transition take place so much more smoothly than might have been the case. The way you and your staff handled the sale itself and the transition to completionwas excellent. Furthermore, the price achieved was somewhat greater than we originally anticipated.
