Next Move Estate Agents are an independent, family run, estate agency dealing specifically with the sale of residential property and land. We have become very well established since opening in the late 1980's.
 
Although located in North Chingford, we are also keen to market properties in surrounding areas such as Sewardstonebury, High Beach, Sewardstone, Buckhurst Hill, Loughton, Waltham Abbey, Theydon Bois and Epping. We have a reputation for marketing some of the most unique and interesting properties in the locality.
 
With over 30 years experience in Chingford, we have developed an extensive knowledge of the local property market, enabling us to offer a wide-ranging service that is both friendly and professional, as befits our reputation. We are committed to providing our customers (whether property sellers, buyers, developers, etc) with individual high quality advice, based on the wealth of experience from our local dedicated sales team.
 
Our office is located adjacent to Chingford Main Line Station, which has a frequent overground service taking approximately 25 minutes or so to Liverpool Street Station in The City. The area is made up of many character properties dating mainly from the Victorian period onwards. Beautiful Epping Forest is a natural boundary to the northern side of Chingford, around which are some of the area's most prestigious homes, as well as a number of luxurious apartments overlooking Chingford Golf Course. There are extensive shopping facilities in Station Road and a number of highly regarded local restaurants. As far as leisure activities are concerned, there are local golf courses such as Chingford/Royal Epping Forest and Woodford in addition to the prestigious West Essex Golf Club, which has some of the finest views locally. There are equestrian facilities, tennis clubs - namely the Connaught Club and nearby Buckhurst Hill and even sailing on the King George Reservoir.
